Accident insurance

The Ski School Sattel-Hochstuckli does not accept any responsibility for accidents which happen during, before or after lesson. Insurance is matter of the customer.

Ski Passes

The ski passes are not included in the lesson costs. These can be purchased directly from all official sales offices of the ski resorts.

Group lessons

Instruction will be held by every weather situation, except when the lifts are not running due to stormy weather. With less than 4 participants per group the Ski school Sattel-Hochstuckli reserves the right to merge individual groups together or to adequately time the offer. Ski instructor changes are possible.

Private lessons

Instruction will be held within every weather situation, expect the lifts are not running caused by weather. Does the participant show up too late, the instruction will be held until the agreed ending. Ski instructor changes are possible.

Bookings & annulation

All lessons must be paid for before the start of the lesson! Lessons can be cancelled or postponed up to 72 hours before the start of the lesson. If a refund is requested, CHF 20.00 will be deducted as a processing fee.

As payment options we accept cash (CHF), EUROCARD/Mastercard, Maestro and Visa.

Online bookings, instruction coupons and refund

Instruction coupons are personal and not transferable. Unused coupons will only be refunded by showing a medical certificate. Every started lesson will be fully charged. Refund will be given in the form of a credit. If a refund is requested, CHF 20.00 will be deducted as a processing fee.

Payment

Credit card payments in favor of the ski school are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland ("TREKKSOFT"). TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.Please send an e-mail to support@payyo.ch for all inquiries regarding your credit card payments and chargebacks.
 

Place of jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction is Sattel (Schwyz).
