Storage of data

The data already provided by you are required to fulfil the contract and to implement pre-contractual measures. Without these data we are unable to conclude the contract with you. When a purchase process is abandoned, the data stored by us are erased. In the event that a contract is concluded all the data arising from the contractual relationship is stored until the expiry of the retention period required by tax law (7 years).
The data are processed on the basis of the statutory provisions in Section 96(3) Telecommunications Act and Art. 6(1) letter a (consent) and/or letter b (necessary for compliance with a legal obligation) of the GDPR.
